Including theory, design, and analysis, computer science is the study of theoretical foundations and computation in computer systems.

All projects

• Caffeine And Typing
To determine if the effects of a caffeine stimulant has any impact on typing speed.

  ---

• Computer Passwords
To determine the strength of several different computer passwords. At the end of this experiment, you and your classmates will have an understanding of what factors make weak computer passwords and which types of passwords are stronger.

(Management Project) Financial risk communication: Why Swedish banks have different financial risk communication strategies

In order to explain how to fulfill the purpose of investigating what makes similar companies adapt different risk report communication strategies in the Nordic banking industry, the research design, method and practical execution will be presented below.

(Mechanical Project) Transverse Thermoelectric Effects for Cooling and Heat Flux Sensing

While thermoelectric technology has developed steadily over the last 50 years, transverse thermoelectrics have generally been ignored in the industrial and commercial uses of thermoelectric devices to date.

(Computer Project) A Simple Genetic Algorithm for Music Generation by means of Algorithmic Information Theory

Recent large scale experiments have shown that the Normalized Information Distance, an algorithmic information measure, is among the best similarity metrics for melody classification.

(Electronics Project) DC Motor Speed Control Using Microcontroller PIC 16F877A

Direct current (DC) motor has already become an important drive configuration for many applications across a wide range of powers and speeds. The ease of control and excellent performance of the DC motors will ensure that the number of applications using them will continue grow for the foreseeable future.
